Continuing their work with Imerys Paper and Packaging Creative Edge has overhauled the newsletter. Previously quite cluttered and busy, the team at Creative Edge concentrated on making it readable with clean layouts and more emphasis on images.

"We wanted the publication to feel like a quality magazine to encourage employees to pick it up and read it, even to contribute to it." said lead designer Leo Stockley. "We retained a consistency with fonts throughout, whilst using imagery in a more confident manner".

Creative Edge has also looked at advertismements, exhibition panels, technical data sheets and other promotional material.

With rising energy costs and a government backed feed in tariff now is a good time to invest in alternative power.

ecoEnergies UK is a leading independent supplier of efficient and renewable energy systems and was in need of a brand to apply across the board.

Creative Edge created a vibrant brand solution which has given a consistency to vans, stationery, flyers, exhibition panels and a new website.

From single installations, to multi-application solutions, ecoEnergies UK provides a total service which covers design, supply, completed installation and subsequent maintenance of systems.

A new website and brochure have been launched for the Boringdon Hall Hotel.

Boringdon Hall Hotel was purchased by hotel operators Nettleton Holdings, which has interests around the South West including ownership of The 4 star Bay Hotel and The 3 star Esplanade Hotel, in Newquay.

With Creative Edge previously involved in web and branding work for The Bay Hotel, Fistral Spa and The Esplanade Hotel the team was once again brought in to look at defining the brand for the unique hotel which sits on the edge of Dartmoor above Plymouth.

The logo takes inspiration from the Hotels crest of arms and the structure of the website followed the successful format of the Newquay Hotels site.

If your business relies on a strong web presence then you could be missing out on potential customers by not accommodating the growing number of web users that are accessing sites using mobile and smart devices such as the iphone and ipad.

Though traditional websites can be viewed on such devices, the size of the screens can make accessing the content hard work. A version of your website specifically created for smart phones can speak volumes about your customer consideration.

Creative Edge has seen an increased demand for mobile sites, with CATA (Cornwall Association of Tourist Attractions) and Superfast Cornwall being the most recent customers to come on-board.

The CATA site allows people to access attraction information wherever they are.
